A 4-Day Online Reset for Family & Professional Caregivers

Caregiving—whether for a loved one, a client, or a community—can be deeply rewarding. It can also be exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating. R.E.S.T. is a gentle but powerful 4-day online program designed to help you pause, replenish, and reconnect with your own well-being.

Over four consecutive days, you’ll experience a combination of practices to release tension, restore your energy, and build inner resilience. The live sessions will include:

  • Guided meditation to bring calm and clarity
  • Reiki for deep relaxation and energetic balance
  • Sound healing to soothe your nervous system
  • Journaling prompts for personal reflection
  • Supportive group discussion in a safe, understanding space

Whether you care for family, clients, patients, or community members, this program is for you. You’ll leave each session feeling more centered, supported, and equipped to care for yourself while caring for others.

When: 4 consecutive days – live online via Zoom

Time: 2 options- September 3-6 and September 15-18

Gina Ferrara of Odonata Reiki Healing Arts, LLC, uses simple tools to focus on personal empowerment and overall wellness. She is a Reiki Master and sound/vibration practitioner. For 40 years, Gina worked as a Dance/Movement Therapist, supporting individuals managing chronic mental illness. This experience inspired Gina to help others discover their inner ability to cultivate happiness. Gina’s exploration of meditation led her to adopt a life philosophy based on love, kindness, joy, and acceptance, which forms the foundation of everything she shares and teaches. She Is currently a teacher on the meditation app, Insight Timer.
